Dori Carpenter

Dori joined the Solutions 21 team as sales coordinator and executive assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer and President. Dori works to provide a well-rounded approach to doing business for the greater good of the client and the team. Prioritizing the values of transparency, respect, and dependability, she strives to create a seamless and high-quality client experience by providing support to our team here at Solutions 21.

Prior to joining Solutions 21, Dori served in a multitude of communications and business development roles, including organizations in the engineering industry, fitness, and the non-profit sector. Most recently, Dori worked as personal assistant to a multi-platinum singer-songwriter and musician, from which she brings an intense focus to detail, logistics, and clear communication. 

Outside of Solutions 21, Dori is a proud member of the Nashville Junior Chamber, one of the city’s oldest young professionals organizations, where she has served in a variety of positions and is a founding committee member of Nashville’s first and only young professionals conference. 

Dori is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan where she studied communications and writing and worked for the college’s Center for Leadership.
