Susan Carlisle

An accomplished office professional, Susan’s years of administration and management experience allow her to excel in her role as Solutions 21’s Client Engagement Project Coordinator since joining in 2022. Susan brings her background in business analysis, management, accounting, and focus on conscientiousness into her role, making her a natural fit for Solutions 21.

Prior to joining the team, Susan held several administrative and analytical positions where she was responsible for all office overhead and management duties, including budget and processes. Susan’s previous work sharpened her project management, supervisory, and leadership skills, enabling her to create a positive and effective work environment.

Detail-oriented, experienced, and passionate about learning, Susan enjoys being part of teams that have the goal of helping others. She utilizes her previous collaborative experiences to create a team-centered environment focused on building an effective client experience.

Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  In her free time, you can find Susan on the softball field where she is a player, team manager, and President of TWIST Softball – the local youth organization. She also enjoys playing flag football and traveling. She resides with her family in Washington, PA.
