About Jason
Jason Davis brings more than 22 years of organizational design, complex problem-solving, talent development, and leadership experience to the Solutions 21 team. As an experienced Chief of Staff, Chief of Operations, and Chief of Strategy, he is adept at defining objectives, priorities, and resources for large, globally oriented organizations – while regularly synchronizing 200(+) person teams of subject matter experts.
A recently retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, Jason served within a few of the most storied units in American history and the special operations community, leading and commanding organizations at all levels in combat and competition — most notably with the 101st Airborne Division, the 82nd Airborne Division, the 25th Infantry Division, the 75th Ranger Regiment, the Asymmetric Warfare Group, and the United States Special Operations Command. Jason’s greatest privilege was growing and learning from America’s sons and daughters in uniform.
As an experienced executive operating across the globe, Jason culminated his military career leading a special operations “team of teams” to redesign and implement a global strategy to thwart nefarious efforts to destabilize regional stability. This effort introduced a rigorous new information-sharing structure and leadership architecture intended to mitigate risk while building the processes and procedures to rapidly integrate and capitalize on the collaborative efforts of U.S. Governmental Agencies.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Master of Arts in Global and International Studies; Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; and he has also earned his Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt.
Jason lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and two daughters – who think Florida is almost as amazing as Hawaii (but not quite).
