About Jeff
Jeff has more than 30 years of industry, consulting, and educational experience. At Solutions 21, Jeff aids clients with executive coaching and development, corporate strategic planning, complex problem solving, supervisory skills development, and organizational change implementation.
Along with his role at Solutions 21, he serves as an adjunct professor of business and leadership at several prestigious universities. Jeff has published several articles on leadership development and most recently authored the book, The Leadership Toolboxes.
Jeff has successfully coached individuals from a variety of organizations across industry sectors. He takes a practical approach to coaching and concentrates his efforts on personal improvement and professional development. An energetic, strategic, and accomplished C-suite executive with a rapid progression through his leadership career, Jeff is experienced in championing business strategy and execution, organizational development initiatives, and complex change management.
By mixing theoretical concepts with practical applications, Jeff’s coaching candidates gain essential knowledge and apply leadership concepts in real time within their organization. They also obtain valuable insight from his industry experience, education, and leadership research, which encompasses leadership behavior, employee development, organizational commitment, and employee retention.
Jeff holds a BSBA and an MBA from Robert Morris University and a Doctorate Degree in Business from Liberty University. He resides in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, with his wife of 30 years and three grown children.
