About Fred
Fred spent nearly twenty-five years in the United States Army as a combat arms officer assigned to the 101st Airborne Division, 1st Cavalry Division, and 75th Ranger Regiment. These assignments gave Fred the opportunity to lead and serve alongside Millennials almost from the beginning, giving him an appreciation for their strength and role in the modern workplace.
When not assigned to an operational unit, Fred served as a coach and mentor in three different institutional organizations that trained from individual Soldier level to multinational theater Army commands.
Fred earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1991 from North Georgia College (now the University of North Georgia). He is a graduate of both the Army and Air Force Staff Colleges.
Fred lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife and three of their five children. When not engaged with Solutions 21, Fred is active in his local Parent Teacher Organization, as a youth soccer coach, and in support of his local Veterans of Foreign Wars post. He also enjoys touring the southeast in the family RV, exploring the North Georgia mountains, and chasing NASCAR.
