About Analisa

Analisa is Solutions 21’s Client Engagement Project Coordinator, based out of our Pittsburgh office. Analisa brings her background in workforce development, marketing, partnership building and engagement, as well as her passion for mission-driven work to her role.

Prior to joining the Solutions 21 team, Analisa spent time working at the Pennsylvania CareerLink – Capitol Region helping to connect the local community to workforce training and opportunities. Analisa also dedicated a year to national service as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania where she developed and customized a comprehensive marketing toolkit on the contributing factors of poverty for each of PA’s 43 Community Action Agencies. She has also spent time doing environmental advocacy work in her home state of California, as well as working to better the lives of aging Pennsylvanians and youth involved with the justice system.

Analisa originally hails from the San Francisco Bay Area but moved to Pennsylvania to attend Dickinson College in Carlisle. At Dickinson, Analisa earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree with a dual major in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Policy, and Spanish Language and Literature. Analisa also studied at the University of Málaga in Spain during her undergraduate career.

In her free time, Analisa enjoys exploring, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones – especially her fiancé, Ryan, and their cat, Bo. Analisa, Ryan, and Bo reside in Castle Shannon, PA.
