Who We Are
Solutions 21 was founded in 1994 by John W. “Buddy” Hobart as a sales-training organization. Much has changed since then, and we have evolved and adapted accordingly. Not long after establishing ourselves as an organization that could boost sales skills effectively, companies started turning to us for help in other areas. Over the next 20+ years, we have grown into to a multi-million dollar business incorporated into a few primary practice areas with a focus on developing doers. We have locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Nashville, TN, Kansas City, KS, Phoenix, AZ.
We have successfully completed consulting engagements and implemented customized training and organizational development programs for a diverse client base, ranging from starts-ups to Fortune 500 companies and include local, national, and international assignments. We regularly conduct seminars and customized training programs on such topics as leadership, consultative selling, coaching and mentoring, assessing personal behavioral styles, and many others. A sampling of Solutions 21’s past and current client list includes such companies as Airport Authority of Allegheny County, Bayer Corporation, CISCO Systems, Equitable Gas Company, Heinz, Hormel Foods, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, University of West Virginia Medical Center, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, JENSEN-GROUP, and Young President Organization.
